Hands-on Activities take place in our Kids Zone in the Orange Zone 4 center hall, to the right of Muscle Bicycle display. NCM Insurance Insurance Youth Judging, Saturday only; check in at Information booth in Red Zone 1.

Kids FREE Scavenger Hunt and other Kids activities; All Day. Kids 14 and under can check in at the Information booth up front to pick up your scavenger hunt card and backpack.

Meet Chris Jacobs: While many know Chris from his days on Overhaulin’ (with Courtney!) his resume includes numerous television and movie roles. Today he serves as one of Mecum Auctions on air personalities and best of all, he is a real car guy. Chris will be Co-Hosting some of our Premier Unveilings, starting at 9:15 am and signing autographs Saturday in the big Mecum Auctions display. He will also be hanging out at the show both days checking out the cars and meeting fans. Saturday 2:00 and 5:00 in the Mecum Auctions display, Red Zone 1.

Buddy Martin, Legendary Co-Owner of the Sox & Martin drag team needs no introduction. Buddy became a legendary team owner when he met Ronnie Sox. With Ronnies incredible driving skills on the quarter mile dragstrip and Buddy's ability to oversee all of the business end of racing they would join forces to create a team that was instantly recognized worldwide for decades. Buddy will be with us Saturday and Sunday.

Claudia is an automotive icon: She rose to fame in 1984 as the official model and spokesperson, "Miss Direct Connection," for Chrysler's Mopar Performance team. Meet her in person at MCACN 2026

Dennis Collins, of Coffee Walk (and so much more!) will be with us all weekend, meeting fans, signing autographs and of course, checking out the cars. Dennis will also be bringing one of his recent finds; a very special C3 Corvette and taping for upcoming episodes. Saturday and Sunday throughout the show.

Wayne Carini of Chasing Classic Cars fame will be with us both days, based in the Car Capsule display in Zone 1, but also meeting and signing autographs throughout the show. Check in at the Car Capsule display for exact times of signings.

We are honored to have The California Flash with us both days, signing autographs and meeting fans. He will be with several California Flash racers in the Cool Old Drag Car Invitational Green Zone 2.

Yes…Arnie really is a farmer to this day and an enthusiastic Drag Racer that has set numerous national records in various Tameless Tiger Pontiacs. Check out his latest ride and meet Arnie

Meet the Future, Moderated by Matt Avery. If you think that the younger generation has no interest in our hobby, you MUST attend this panel discussion. Meet some of the young men and ladies that are as passionate about our hobby as me. This includes several active and successful racers, several that are currently building their cars, another that builds, races and fabricates and a young photographer.

Zach Avery began playing in bars and venues at the age of 13. The Minnesota native was active in the Twin Cities’ local music scene, and began sitting in with bands and open jams throughout the area. In January of 2014 and in 2015, he helped lead two different Blues bands down to Memphis, TN to partake in the International Blues Challenge. He moved to Chicago, IL in 2015 to study at Columbia College and quickly established roots in the local Blues and Rock scene. He formed a Funk & Soul band called “The Smokin’ Tones” (2016-2019) which played frequent shows around the Chicago area.

Known for his signature Southpaw Blues guitar style and a voice shaped by real-life experience, Mercer blends aggressive, soulful guitar work with lyrics that speak directly to the human condition. His powerful stage presence and larger-than-life personality draw audiences in from the first note and never let go. Delmark Records has aptly described Marty “Big Dog” Mercer as “pure Chicago blues.”
