Zach Avery Band
Zach Avery began playing in bars and venues at the age of 13. The Minnesota native was active in the Twin Cities’ local music scene, and began sitting in with bands and open jams throughout the area. In 2019 he formed a new group called The Zach Avery Band, which continues to play Blues, Rock and Soul regularly around the Chicago area. As the lead singer and guitarist, his music is arranged to move the body and soul, while featuring a guitar driven, funky groove.
Marty "Big Dog" Mercer
Known for his signature Southpaw Blues guitar style and a voice shaped by real-life experience, Mercer blends aggressive, soulful guitar work with lyrics that speak directly to the human condition. His powerful stage presence and larger-than-life personality draw audiences in from the first note and never let go. Delmark Records has aptly described Marty “Big Dog” Mercer as “pure Chicago blues.”
