MOVE OUT INSTRUCTIONS
YOU HAVE (4) MOVE-OUT OPTIONS ON SUNDAY:
Please take the time to read the following information so that everyone can get home as quickly as possible.
Exhibitors move-out should begin between 5:30 - 6:00PM Sunday but not until the award presentation has ended
*****For safety reasons, the public must be vacated from the show floor before move-out can begin.
OPTION 1 (your fastest option):
After the Sunday award presentation has ended, any vehicle that is on the show floor wanting to drive out of the building will be allowed to do so first. We would encourage everyone to drive out of the building. This option as it’s the fastest way out, and the fastest way home. But please do not start your vehicle or move your vehicle from your space, until instructed to do so by an M.C.A.C.N. staff member. NOTICE!!! For the safety of our staff and patrons, burnouts or careless driving will not be tolerated. There will be Police standing-by to issue tickets to those who do not comply.

OPTION 2
If you are driving a car off the show floor and out of the building, but need to load onto your trailer, the Rosemont police have granted us permission to load vehicles onto trailers along most of the side streets surrounding the Marshaling Yard. We recommend that you simply select a side street (Approved areas are starred on map below) to bring your trailer and coordinate to meet your driver at that location. Do not leave your truck and trailer unattended. Or, simply drive your car to that location to load-up. See map on below for authorized trailer loading streets. Please do not block a fire hydrant or driveway. For emergency access reasons, we can only utilize one side of the street to load vehicles. Unless noted, the first trailer to park down a street will dictate the side of the street that the other trailers/flatbeds will use.
YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LOAD ANY VEHICLE IN THE TRAILER PARKING LOT OR OUTSIDE PERIMETER OF THE CONVENTION CENTER!
OPTION 3 (your slowest Sunday option):
If you must load your car onto your trailer on the show floor, or you are an exhibitor that needs to bring your tow vehicle/ rig/truck into the building, this is not a problem. But it will be your slowest option. To be fair with everyone, regardless of where your vehicle or material is on the show floor, EVERYONE ENTERING THE BUILDING MUST FIRST OBTAIN A “MOVE-OUT” PASS TO BE PERMITTED TO DRIVE INTO THE BUILDING. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE UP TO THE BUILDING WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A “MOVE-OUT” PASS FROM THE MOVE OUT STAGING AREAS TO INSURE SHOW EXHIBITORS ONLY ARE DRIVING INTO THE BUILDING FOR SECURITY If you forget to obtain a Move-Out pass, the Staff and Rosemont Police have been instructed to turn you back to the Move Out Staging Areas to obtain a pass, in addition to being forced to the end of the line. Move-Out passes will be distributed at the MOVE OUT STAGING AREAS (DO NOT GO TO THE SHOW OFFICE), in an orderly fashion, as they were during Thursday and Friday’s move-in period.
DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE (permanent or temporary) ON BRYN MAWR AVE. ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING, OR AT THE REAR OF THE BUILDING. VEHICLES WILL BE TICKETED AND/OR TOWED.
On Sunday, from 4pm to 6pm, Rosemont Police will ticket and/or tow any vehicles (attended or not) in the area behind the Convention Center! It is imperative that we keep this area clear for move-out.

OPTION 4
There will be limited space available for those who wish to leave their car Sunday night. A designated area to park will be announced in the show office and at the awards ceremony on Sunday. YOU MUST SIGN UP AT THE SHOW OFFICE TO GET AN OVER NIGHT PASS FOR SUNDAY NIGHT. THIS PASS ALLOWS OUR SECURITY TEAM TO CONTACT YOU IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY AND ELEVATES SECURITY FOR MONDAY MOVE-OUT.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
