FAQ for Exhibitors Prior to Show

NOTE: For Concours, Day 2, Pinnacle and Triple Diamond Judging: Cars with replacement VIN Tags WILL NOT be judged. Cars with questionable VIN Tags will NOT be judged. Points may be deducted for paint on the block pad (where the VIN is stamped on engine) —Also, if the authenticity of a Concours, Day 2 Concours, Pinnacle, Vintage Cert, Milestone, Pinnacle or Triple Diamond Vehicle is in question for ANY reason, MCACN LLC reserves the right to refuse judging.  Contact our Judging Chairman, Bill Braun for more info (Billszo6@yahoo.com)

*If you can’t bring the car you registered:  We realize that sometimes something unfortunate happens to the car or owner of the car.  If something happens and you need to replace the car you registered you may call (586-549-5291) or email Bob Ashton at bashton426@gmail.com  for approval with pictures of a car that may be considered for replacement. Vehicles on the standby list may be used to replace your cancelled car rather than your own substitution. THIS REGISTRATION IS NOT TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER VEHICLE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM BOB ASHTON            

  * Cancellations made after Oct 15, 2025 will not be refunded.

Crowne Plaza  Call 877-337-5793. You must tell them you are with the “Muscle Car Show” to get the $144 rate; parking is $17per day for hotel guests. This hotel has quiet guest room hallways; it also has a large, secure parking lot with no height restrictions (Great for Tall Tow Trucks) but No Car Trailers in Parking Lot.
