Where do I check in to get my credentials?    There is a check-in desk in the main lobby

 

Where can I purchase additional tickets prior to the show?  Go the the Show Office for PreSale tickets

 

Where is there a place to grab a bite to eat during move in?   There is an Expoteria in the building or you can pick up a restaurants guide in the Show Office

 

Is there a scooter or wheelchair for rental?    This should have been arranged prior to the show.   You can check with the office regarding current availability.

 

Is there a shuttle I can pick up for my hotel?   You can go to the horseshoe area at the main entrance and there are various hotel / shopping shuttles.

 

Where can I pick up the show shuttle and how long does it run? The show shuttle runs from the Horseshoe to the Marshaling Yard during Move in and Move out. The Small Shuttle runs at other times, see show office to call the small shuttle. 

 

Do you have times for the unveilings?    PIck up a foldable show guide at the Information Desk.

 

Where is the Will Call area?   At Check In in the Lobby during Move In and Outside Hall D during the show

 

Is there valet parking?   Yes

 

Is there handicap parking?  Across from the Hyatt on Bryn Mawr.  OR You can use the Valet. 

 

Are there move out instructions?   See the QR Code on the back of your exhibitor pass  In the meantime - relax and enjoy the show!

 

Can I leave my car in the building for move out on Monday?  Only if you get a special pass from the office

 

Where can I park?    Passenger cars can park at the Williams Street garage.
