PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE TWO NEW MCACN SPONSORS!
Sponsorship is a key ingredient to any major events success, and at the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals, we really do have the finest. There is no disputing that we work with the absolute best people in the industry, and what makes it even better is the fact that our sponsors aren’t just check writers, but enthusiasts that participate not only in our show, but our hobby as well at many levels. At the MCACN show you are able to work directly with the “movers and shakers” including several of the owners of these companies. You’ll even see some of them showing cars (and bikes) from their own personal collections! We can not express how much we appreciate our sponsors and we encourage you to support them, as they support what we do, and they truly “get it.”
With that being said, we would like to introduce two new sponsors that are joining us, not only for 2014, but for 2015 too!
Hopefully you had a chance to meet Gary Wold and his crew, who have joined us from North Carolina the past several years against the wall in the “big room.” Gary has shown some beautiful Muscle Bikes along with some awesome automobilia in his display, adding a fun element to our show floor. Gary has also participated in our Muscle Bike show with bikes from his own personal collection, and he may be as bike crazy as me! Koolestuff will be the Official Sponsor of our 3rd Annual show within a show, featuring all brands of Muscle Bikes. You will see Schwinn Stingrays, Krates and Fastbacks, Raleigh Choppers, Ross Barracuda’s and more from Iverson, CCM, Sears and many others. Muscle Bikes are what brought many of us into this hobby, and many of us have bikes, so we are pleased to be able to “raise the bar” for 2014 in this area.

We will be moving the bike show to a central location, and you will find the Koolestuff display right in the middle of the action. Along with some great bikes, Gary will be bringing in some vintage style gas pumps, N.O.S. vintage bike parts and more fun stuff this year. For a preview of what Koolestuff has to offer, check out his website; www.koolestuff.com and be sure to make a point of checking out his display and our expanded Muscle Bike “show within a show” this year. And remember...if you own a vintage Muscle Bike and want to be a part of the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals, please consider showing it this year! RIDE ON APPRAISALS
Here is another guy that “gets it” and participates in a big way in the MCACN show and many other events. Dennis Parus is the President of Ride on Appraisals, and has been in a booth in the center hall near our VIP Car For Sale area. In addition to hosting his booth, he has held some very informative seminars that explain the importance of having a proper written appraisal of your collector car. In addition to doing appraisals for collector cars, Dennis also handles appraisals for motorcycles, boats and even N.O.S. parts for your cars. Dennis lives and breathes this stuff, and has a lot of fun doing it.
Being a BOCAA and BOCMA certified appraiser and a member of The American Society of Certified Auto Appraisers, his credentials speak for themselves. This year, Dennis will move to the “big hall” and be our Official Sponsor of our Pontiac GTO 50th Anniversary Invitational display. This very special display will feature one or two of the very best and rarest GTO’s from the model years 1964-1974. Kicking things off in this display will be Tenney Fairchild’s Car and Driver ‘64. Yep...the actual Royal Bobcat GTO that Jim Wangers brought to the table to show just what a GTO could do! We welcome Dennis and Ride On Appraisals to our family of Official Sponsors and encourage you to talk to him about your car, boat and parts. REGISTRATION FOR CARS AND AUTOMOTIVE ONLY VENDORS IS NOW OPEN; If you own a fine Muscle Car, Muscle Bike or something you think would be of interest to our spectators and participants, we want to hear about it. We have a wide variety of Invitational and Special displays and we are always looking for the best of the best and the rarest of the rare for our show. Whether your car is freshly restored or just dragged out of the barn, if it is real and interesting, we want to hear about it! We will again have over 550 cars on display ranging from fresh from the resto shop million dollar plus rarities to “rode hard and put away wet” race cars. In 2013 we had entries from 29 states and several country’s and already this year, this trend continues including our very first official entry that is joining us all the way from Australia! (more on that one later).
We always welcome your feedback and suggestions, as this show is produced for enthusiast, by enthusiasts. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your thoughts and idea’s.
Next week we head to the Chicagoland Mopar Connection swap meet in Elmhurst, Illinois. Rescheduled from February, please plan on joining us Sunday, March 23. http://www.chicagolandmopar.com
