REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR MCACN V 2013
It may be hard to think about November, since it seems like we just made it
through the holidays, but....
The 5th Anniversary Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals will be upon us before
we know it! Sure...there will be some more snow and cold ahead for many of
us, then hopefully a nice long, warm and sunny summer, but you really can’t
be too early to make plans for the 5th Anniversary of the world’s largest
all indoor specialty show devoted to Muscle Cars, Dealer-built Supercars and
Corvettes! With all of the outstanding national magazine coverage we have
been getting, the response this year has been better than ever.
HOTELS ARE READY FOR US;
Last year we filled an incredible amount of rooms at four area hotels. We
pretty much took over the entire city of Rosemont, so this year, we have
worked hard and have secured some great deals for you to make sure we can
keep the party going on right in the neighborhood.
Our Official Headquarters and Host Hotel is the
DoubleTree O’Hare. Those who
have stayed there before know this is MCACN party central. We will again
have our Friday night kick-off party here, so book your room NOW if you want
to be in the middle of the action. Our rate is $102.00 per night with a
2-day minimum stay, and in addition to the party, they will also have $8.00
daily parking available for MCACN DoubleTree guests, in the attached Embassy
Suites parking garage. This hotel also has the cool bowtie-shaped pool, a
nice hot tub and newly renovated workout room. Located directly across the
street from the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Call 847-292-9100.
Embassy Suites-O’Hare; This one is all suites and a bit quieter, and you get
cooked to order daily breakfast along with their cool Managers Reception
each day. The rate here is $119.00 and they also offer MCACN participant
guests an $8 daily parking rate. Nice pool, hot tub and workout room too and

Crowne Plaza O’Hare; This one is a bit more affordable and also right across
the street. They have a nice big and flat parking lot right behind the hotel
and a MCACN guest parking rate of $10 per day. The rate here for MCACN
participants and spectators is $92.00, and again, located across the street
from the Convention Center on the corner of N. River Road and Balmoral. Call

The aLoft;
This one is located behind the Crowne on Balmoral and is really cool! One of
the newest hotels in the area, they have complimentary internet
and are giving our MCACN guests a great rate of $112.00, along with an
available daily parking rate of $10.00. They will provide door-to-door

CREW;
Chicagoland Mopar Connection Swap Meet; February 10 at Larry Roesch
Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep in Elmhurst; we will be doing some good old fashion
“grass roots marketing” this weekend with our friends from the Chicagoland
Mopar Connection on Sunday. This is not the biggest meet of the year, but it
is always a good one. You can sign up for the MCACN show with us there, or
pick up an application. We’ll have our TV running with pictures from the
2012 show and V8TV Video coverage too, so plan on stopping by to see what we
are up to.
Race and Performance Expo; February 25-27, now three days. We will be
joining forces with MCACN Sponsor Nickey Chicago for this years expanded RP
Expo at the Pheasant Run Resort and Dupage Expo Center. You’ll find us in
the new Car Builders Expo area in the St. Charles Ballroom. Plan on stopping
by to sign up for MCACN V and check out our new V8TV video’s.
